Our specialists have certificates and diplomas relevant to their professional activities (in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation and international standards). They have a considerable experience of working for large Russian and foreign financial and consulting companies and are experienced in the participation in international projects. 

Regular advanced training courses and seminars are obligatory for our employees. As a result, the total number of study hours substantially exceeds the minimum number of hours established by Russian legislation. Training programmes for our professionals are created and conducted by the Ministry of Finance of the RF, the Central Bank of Russia, leading Russian universities, US Embassy in Russia and UHY International foreign partners. We pay special attention to constant advanced trainings for our employees based on internal resources of our firm.

Management

Yan Krotov

Managing Partner

Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Economics, Master’s Degree). Qualified auditor (general audit and audit of stock exchanges, extrabudgetary funds and investment institutions).

Oversees the provision of audit, tax consultingand accounting servicesin the firm. Specialises in complex issues of taxation, handles matters of M&A, development of business patterns and tax optimisation. Manages the conduction of due diligence in Russian and foreign companies, including the expert analysis of legal and financial position of companies and the assessment of tax and civil risks related to asset acquisition.

As a representative of his company, Mr Krotov actively participates in the work of UHY International; he is also a member of working groups that develop the quality controls system and internal standards.
 
Prepares and conducts courses dedicated to taxation and speaks at topical workshops (including those conducted within the framework of cooperation with Oak Ridge National Laboratory of the US Department of Energy); his articles are published in specialist publications, such as Russian Tax Courier, Modern Accountingand Double Entry.

Nikolay Litvinov

Director of the Audit and Consulting Department

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Master's Degree). Qualified auditor (general audit and audit of stock exchanges, extrabudgetary funds and investment institutions).
 
Specialises mainly in business organisation, creation of effective management systems and the development and implementation of optimisation of holding entities’ business processes. Advises foreign companies on doing business in Russia and CIS countries. Took direct part in projects aimed to get Russian companies listed on leading European and American stock markets. Mr Litvinov is highly experienced in the creation of international joint working groups intended for solving tasks imposed by a particular client.

Represents UHY Yans-Audit at international conferences and meetings organised by the association of accounting and consulting firms UHY International, participates in a variety of the association’s working groups handling the matters of overseas internships for employees, creation of an internal control system in companies and the development of internal standards.
Mr Litvinov is the author of over 10 articles are published in business publications, such as Accounting News, Russian Tax Courierand Double Entry.

Nina Bauman

Director of the Internal Department

​Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Master's Degree). Qualified auditor.

Ms Bauman has more than 15 years of professional experience in the field of economics and financial analysis carried out for companies of various industries. She took part in a number of large projects and specialises in the development and implementation of optimisation of holding entities’ business processes.

Represents UHY Yans-Audit at international conferences and meetings organised by the association of accounting and consulting firms UHY International.

Denis Romanenko

Director of the Accounting Services Department

Has three post-secondary degrees: economics (Modern University for the Humanities), legal (Moscow University of Finance and Law) and technical (Moscow Aviation Institute). Member in good standing of the Institute of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Russia. Mr Romanenko has more than 15 years of practical experience as a chief accountant and financial director in companies that specialise in various industries and have from 300 to 1500 employees. Directly participated in the development of accounting methods, business process analysesand setting up document flow in companies of a large holding. In our company, Mr Romanenko was responsible for the implementation of projects related to the accounting support during mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and bankruptcy.

Irina Nechitaylo

Head of the Tax Consulting Department

Ms Nechitaylo holds a qualifying certificate as a professional expert accountant, tax consultant certificate, auditor’s licence (general audit) andDipIFR Rus.
She has more than 10 years of experience in accounting, audit and tax consultancy, also in executive positions. Successfully represented taxpayers in court.
In our company, Ms Nechitaylo is a Head of the Tax Consulting Department.
