Since 2000, UHY Yans-Audit provides a full range of audit and consulting services, which include audit, tax and law consulting, valuation and accounting outsourcing and HR services.

Since 2007, UHY Yans-Audit has been a member of the Self-Regulating Organization Russian Union of Auditors (Association); since 2008, our company has been a member of Self-Regulating Inter-regional Association of Appraisers.
We are accredited with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), which entitles us to audit the financial statements of companies whose securities are sold on the American stock market.
